developer, investor, landlady and diy property manager
“I see being a landlord as a business with a compassion element simply because you are dealing with people.
This has helped shape my approach towards the management of properties and tenants.”
So why this blog?
It’s about sharing both my exciting, challenging, successful and not to successful experiences with active and semi-active aspiring, new and existing landlords with a particular focus on helping the landlord keep more of their income.
My specialty is in self-management so whilst this blog will cover many topics from acquiring property to managing and evicting tenants, there will always be a diy angle to it, touching on how to do it yourself so there is more income for you as the landlord.
I aim to share personal stories of experiences in property and with tenants, things I’ve done well and not done so well and what I’ve learnt and still learning.
So, sit tight and enjoy the ride!
